1. Parents know where your children are at all times. Get to know their friends, teacher and others. Try to make time to spend with your children. Be actively involved in their life.
2. Land Lords/Tenants: Please let's come together in unity to help strengthen families and households. Tenants be faithful to fulfill your obligations. Pay your rent on time. If you lag behind, call your land lord and make special arrangements.
3. Debt: Don't overuse your credit cards.
a. Beware and be on guard against pit falls that may lead to an abundance of greed.
b. Do not borrow without means to repay.
c. Do not allow your attitude to be one of deceit and greed.
d. Unrestrained spending creates misuse of finances, havoc in the house, harassment by creditors and robs the peace in the home.
4. Love of pleasure will lead to poverty because there's no control of the one indulging in impulse spending.
5. All peace will be lost in the home until the attitude of spending money is changed.
6. You cannot hide from your creditors no matter how hard you try. Please do not ask the kids to lie for you on the telephone. "My mom or dad is not here", while you stand next to them.
7. Sometimes, people are their own worst enemy, avoid channels that create you to file for bankruptcy and cause lying to creditors.
8. Greed is a pitfall of wanting more than you have. It's the avoidance of others needs for the gain of self.
9. Community; let's try to reach out in love to our neighbors, friends, families, schools and others. Take time out to show an act of kindness. Be courteous one to another, at home, school, driving, church or just talking. We believe for a better day in our community.
10. Fallen Christians, come back home! You can get up and make it. You once walked with the Lord and tasted His Divine Glory! Come on out of YOUR DEPRESSION, NOW! SATAN IS A LIAR! Come back to Jesus, He Loves YOU!
11. Suicide is not your friend and it's an enemy of Jesus and a device from hell that wants to grip you and lock you down illegally! Kiss suicide good-bye! Tell suicide it's got to go in the name of JESUS! It cannot have you! You are the apple of God's eye!
12. Mothers and Fathers pray over your sons and daughters and bless them and encourage them. Don't fight and curse around the kids! Aren't you better than that? Get a hold of yourself and be encouraged. We are glad to have Mothers and Fathers who will stand in the gap for our city!
13. Come just as you are without money and without price. Come to Jesus, the Divine Creator of Heaven and Earth!
14. Children/Young Adults, obey your parents, teachers and all those who have authority over your life. If you are hurting, being bullied, abused, threatened, or are in an emotional situation, please share your heart with someone you can trust.
